Why Is Resilience Important?

Life is consistently challenging and requires navigation. Resiliency is based on the ability to learn from previous stressful events and life experiences. Building resilience means taking control of a situation by assuming responsibility for it’s outcome. This will impact not only yourself, but your organisation or environment.
