Who is Amplicity?

The founders of Amplicity have a strong passion for the benefits of building and recognising strengths in people to encourage people to thrive.

We believe that too many coaching and training organisations provide only surface fixes and focus on what is missing. We place a high focus on working with people from a non–negative viewpoint. We have proven that if the skills are integrated into the learning in the correct way then the person or group concerned maintains and continues the learning and integration themselves.
